Cumberland Yacht Charter attains Ecotourism Certification

Cumberland Yacht Charters of Airlie Beach, Qld., has been awarded official Ecotourism status by Ecotourism Australia, a non-profit organisation who encourages businesses to follow environmentally friendly standards.

The Eco Certified status was awarded in view of Cumberland Yacht Charters level of attention to the use of Whitsunday marine parks, the environmental education of bareboat skippers and crew, and other practises aimed at minimising the impact to the natural environment.
